In-stock products arrive in four days or less, anywhere in the contiguous United States or the Shipping, Handling and Processing is FREE! If your order is not delivered within four business days of shipping, we'll send you a gift card for Play with a Purpose® merchandise equal to the value paid for SH&P. Four-day shipping applies only to orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) and shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exceptions for remote locations do apply.

Shipment Time
Once your order leaves our dock, transit times will vary from one to seven business days, depending on your location. Shipments to Alaksa and Hawaii require additional transit time.

Shipping, Handling & Processing Charges
Shipping, handling, and processing charges are 17% of the order value (or $5.00, whichever is greater) on all FedEx shipments within the 48 contiguous states. If ordering a truck item (see below), please add 17% of the order value or $75.00, whichever is greater. Please call for shipping, handling, and processing costs to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Products Shipped Via Truck
Products with the truck icon and orders exceeding 400 lb or 60 cubic feet ship via truck (rather than FedEx). To save shipping expenses and keep prices low, some of these products may ship directly from the manufacturer. Products shipped directly from the manufacturer will arrive in a separate shipment from products that are shipped from our warehouse. Because of the large size or weight of these products, these items usually require delivery to an elevated loading dock.

Elevated Loading Dock
Items with the icon require an elevated loading dock to be delivered properly. If your shipping location does not have an elevated loading dock, these products will be shipped via a lift-gate-equipped truck (to lower the product from the truck to the ground), and a $90.00 lift-gate charge will be added to your order. Customer is responsible for delivery to the designated area (or extra charges may apply).  We want your delivery to be as efficient as possible, please call us for more details. 

Special Requests & Optional Services
Please let us know of special requests you may have. We will work with you to make sure your needs are met. We also offer the following optional delivery services:

  • Inside Delivery: Delivery inside the front door on the first floor. No additional charge.
  • Two-Person Delivery: Items unloaded and delivered to specified room/playground. Call for quote.
  • Crate Unpacking & Packaging Removal: Items unpacked and packaging removed. Additional $100.
  • Saturday Delivery: Additional $150.
