Purchase Order Tool
Using a Purchase Order online is easy! Simply add your order items to your shopping cart, and on that page click the green Begin Checkout button. You will provide your PO information on step 3 of the checkout process.
Welcome to your new Purchase Order tool! Now shopping and ordering online isn't the only thing you can do at Play With A Purpose. You can use your catalog and this tool to build a Purchase Order that can be e-mailed for approval or neatly printed for faxing your order. Simply enter a product number found in your catalog, enter a quantity, and click Add. Once your Purchase Order is built, you may complete your order online, if you choose. See below for complete instructions.
Instructions
You can create your Purchase Order using the printed Play With A Purpose catalog and the electronic order form above. Follow these simple steps:
- Enter the item number.
- Use the tab key or mouse pointer to move to the Quantity field.
- Enter the desired quantity.
- Use the tab key to select the Add button and press enter, or just click the Add button.
- Your item will be added to your order and allow you to enter the next item.
Once you have entered your desired items, you can use the E-mail or Print functions found above the entry form to advance this Purchase Order to the next phase in your ordering process. If you decide to complete your order through this website, you can click the Add to Cart button to add your order to the shopping cart. From there you can check out or return to this form to add more items.
If you need to clear your order, simply click the Clear Order & Start Over link. Don't worry—if you accidentally click it you will be asked if you really meant to do that.
To remove a single item from your order, click on the trash can icon on the right side of your order.
If you wish to save your PO item list for a later time, click the Add to Cart button and then save your cart while on the cart page. Your cart can then later be retrieved, added to, and emailed or printed for approval.
